July 19 A powerful earthquake struck off the eastern coast of Honshu Japan.
Buildings shook in Tokyo. Japan measured 6.6 magnitude quake just before noon.
The Swiss website strongest jolt measured 7.3 magnitude, EMSC measured 6.8,
USGS appears to have settled on 7.0 – for now.
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, give way,
and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea.

6.8 Santa Cruz islands, Pacific – July 19, MANY strong aftershocks
6.0 off OREGON – several Juan de Fuca quakes July 17, each stronger
than the one before. I am stunned at how many quakes are occurring here!
The first I saw was 4.1, then 4.4, 4.8, 5.0, 5.1, 5.6 finally 6.0 on the Swiss site.
I was so stunned I emailed Stan Deyo, who emailed me right back.
ANTIPODAL appears to be off SE tip of AFRICA, Indian sea.
July 19 there was a 4. quake north of that antipodal point
IS something BIG brewing – or not? Only GOD knows for sure,
but it is getting attention from several seismologists – AND ME!
